How long does setup take?

Less than 5 minutes. Import your team from Excel or add them one by one. They get an invite by email and can clock in the same day.

Does it comply with Spanish time-tracking law?

Yes. We generate the signed time records required by Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 and keep them for the mandatory 4 years. You can export them anytime if the Labor Inspectorate asks.

Does it work for staff without computers?

Yes. The mobile app runs on any phone. You can also set up a kiosk with QR code or tablet at the entrance. For remote work there's a REMOTE option that records location without invading privacy.

Is the app available in my language?

The TrickGrid UI ships in English and Spanish today. Each member of your team picks their own language — admins don't need to standardize. We add new languages based on customer demand; tell us what you need.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Change plans from your panel and we prorate the difference. If you cancel, you keep service until the end of the period. No lock-in, no fine print.

How do you handle absences and vacation?

Each employee requests absences from the app. You or the department manager approve with a tap. The calendar updates and the annual balance gets deducted automatically. We also handle sick leave and paid permissions.

Is my data safe?

EU servers (Frankfurt and Madrid), daily backups, encryption at rest and in transit. GDPR compliant. We sign a DPA with any client who asks.

Do you accept payments in USD / DOP / GBP?

Yes. We auto-detect your country and bill you in EUR, USD, GBP or DOP accordingly. If you want to change currencies, just write us.

Do you migrate from another tool?

If you're coming from Sesame, Factorial, Bizneo or anything else, we help you import employees, historical shifts and vacation balances at no cost. Mention it on signup and we'll handle it.
